I am trying to troubleshoot a starting problem with my car. Turns over fine but will not hold an idle. Seems that the fuel filter is leaking but I am not certain as to its location. can you help me locate the fuel filter?

Follow the fuel line off the carburator. It should be inline with the fuel line in the engine compartment, probably right above the valve cover under the air filter.
