My oil pressure sending unit is leaking. How do I
repair it or do I need to replace it?

Replace it. Try Rockauto for a new one. They're pretty good with having parts for older models. HTH. -Jim

Depends on where its leaking, Some times you just need to tighten it, but they do tend to crack and leak between the post and the outer housing, In this case, replace it, they are cheap and easy to replace.
