Jolt at a stop

2005 Suzuki Swift has started doing a jolt while at a
stop sign after approximately 5-6 seconds.
Everything else is working fine.

This could be a trans shift solenoid sticking or the TCM is not responding to the downshift command from the ECM for a few seconds. But as everyone is having shift solenoid problems that is what I'm leaning towards. A good tranny shop can plug in and run diagnostics on the solenoids and TCM and then tell you what it is going to take to fix it.
