High revs while driving

Hello,
My Nissan has started to have high revs while in motion. This normally
happens when I try and accelerate and usually after changing gears. Any
assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. It is a manual transmission. I did a clutch test (one time) and the clutch seems fine. My research has narrowed it to the onboard "computer" and/or the e-throttle system. I will not elaborate on the clutch test as it potentially can harm clutch system
