How do I lube these bearings?

I have a '79 Spitfire 1500 and i need to lubricate the rear hub inner needle bearings and also the hub outer bearings before they are pressed into the hub and on to the shaft. A packet of grease was included in the bearing kit I bought.

I remember those, I had a special grease needle that I could push the grease into the bearings separately, it was a messy job and took time but they got greased before installing.
