75 tr 6 parking brake is locked up. How do I fix it?

Car was fine then the p brake locked up in the driveway

Jack up the rear of the car chock front wheels remove the road wheel of the affected side and strike the drum with a copper/hide hammer. This will generally release the mechanism if has been park for a while after being wet, it is a common problem with the new non asbestos brake materials. Do let me know how you get on,
