Humming noiseat 35+ mph when giving it gas
don't hear it whennot giving it gas.

sounds like a differential issue.. the gears in the differential are worn out..

So that would make it do it only when your giving it gas

Yes.. When you give it gas it hums.. When you let off the gas it goes away..
