My ford gran Torino has 14 inch wheels a 9 inch rear end disk front breaks c6 tranny 351c 2v and its a 1972 what is the mpg of this car

Drive it around a couple of tankfuls of gas and calculate it.... I posted before, it won't be much. These cars were built before fuel mileage was much of a concern. Drive it and enjoy it. Not many '72 Torino's on the road anymore.

Well think you and that's very true therapy are very few of them lift I have been redoing mine for about 3 yes now but think you for your help

Cars from that time period usually got about 8 to 10 MPG around town and about 15 to 17 on the highway. Back in those days people weren't too concerned about gas mileage. This was before the 1973 "energy crisis" and gas was cheap. I doubt any reports were published. HTH. -Jim
