1968 Torino tachometer

Installing a factory 1968 Torino tachometer and car
firewall needs 1” drilled hole for factory tach wiring
with rubber grommet. Does anyone have correct
location for the factory hole so i can drill mine?

I bet the hole is there already. It may have a plug in it or it may be there but not completely punched out.
