I have a 1995 opel kadett 1.6i and I noticed it blows out a lot of white smoke out at the exhuast but it doesn't happen everyday and it only last for 5-10mins then it doesn't smoke but when it smokes

check the coolant level...perhaps a defective head gasket...check the torque of the head bolts...see if they are really loose...I suspect that a head gasket has gone off~

Yup, sounds like a head gasket. When the engine warms up everything expands, the gasket seals back up, and it stops smoking. Until it cools off again. HTH. -Jim
