Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 5.4 started knocking so i pulled the oil pan off and changed the rod and
main bearings they were fine but i changed them anyways crankshaft
looked great torqued them all back to where they were suppose to be it ran
fine for 2 days then it started knocking again it locked up going down the
road then i crunk it back up and it locked up again now it will only turn a half
a turn what else could it be the engine is fine i think it may be fly wheels
broke in half or something

Locking up is most likely caused by the new bearings. Did you verify bearing were the proper size. Standard or over size?. You can always disconnect the transmission by removing 4 bolts on flywheel and inspecting it, without having to remove the engine and try to rotate engine from the crank shaft pulley but honestly I think the engine is shot. You should've checked oil pressure before and after bearing replacement

Best case hope: piston slap or bad lifter(s) or pushrod(s)
