Vehicle at 6000 ft.  HC 511  CO 3.40   CO2 12.30  at IDLE  &  HC 184  CO 6.7 CO2 10.9  at 2500 RPM    Where to start   may need carb clean  may need new cat.  Fresh tune copt.   Any ideas
