78 ford Granada fuses

Asked by Nov 02, 2017 at 03:26 AM about the 1978 Ford Granada

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can't seem to find a clear answer about what type
of fuse I need for my headlights. I own a 1978 Ford
Granada with an inline 6 and a 4 spred. Both of my
headlights went out a day apart from each other.
And I checked the fuse and it was blown. I then
lost the old fuse and Google isnt being very helpful
on what fuse I need. I tried a 3 amp but its 1
millimeter to long and won't fit. If someone has
helpful knowledge I would greatly appreciate it.

you also have to determine why the fuse blew. You have a short or corrosion somewhere, so replacing the fuse won't help you if that isn't fixed first.
