To Acura MDX shifting very violently when engine is warm

MDX 02 shifting very violently causes and repair
just put new transmission fluid in 3 and 1/2 quarts

Long story short took girlfriends Acura to Jiffy Lube they said it was over full so I took it home drained it and added this.

Around December. I have a pic of the plug bolt. Just need to locate image. I remember it being very grey...almost like jb weld.

Wrong stuff, flush the fluid now, or perform 4-5 drain and fills to get it all out and only use add OEM Acura or Honda ATF DW-1 automatic transmission fluid.

Its getting horrible. Reving up high rpm and then slaming in gear.
