Why doesn't our 2008 f150 ford start after we put a new fuel pump?

I was driving the pickup it was chugging and loosing power , shaking some ,
then it just quit out on the road , so we called ford they thought it was the fuel
pump so we put a new pump and it still does not start ...any ideas what is
wrong?

so we dont even know if it was/is even fuel related ???? so then try and change the fuel filter....

Also, I know you have a new fuel pump but do a bleed down test on the fuel system. Should not drop more than 5 lbs. and hold pressure for at least 1 min. This will tell you if something is leaking.

listening to the dealer will get you in trouble every time!!!!! lets find out what is missing fuel , spark ,acontrol issue ect... first start by spraing alittle carb cleaner into the intake do not remove the mass air flow sensor . your just trying to see if it will try to start
