it is late to accelerate or change gear from zero or on mountain

When am on traffic, when green lights appear, it is slow to accelerate until about 20,40 seconds, also when climbing the hill, it is moving very slow until after 30,40 seconds it starts to accelerate

Your best to get it into a shop to have a going over. A plugged catalytic converter could be the cause.
