Won't start

Asked by May 09, 2016 at 11:58 PM about the 1975 Chevrolet Nova

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 75 Nova and I recently started
working on the engine I took the heads off
to clean them and put my engine back
together and it is not starting it makes a
winding noise like the starter but won't fire.
Is it the timing or is there something else
wrong?

Recheck your work, could be timing or fuel. Do you have spark?
