Previous owner put electronic ignition

See if you have power to the electronic ignition gizmo. If not see if you have power coming out of the ignition switch on the dash. If not see if you have power coming to the ignition switch on the dash. If not check the wiring down by the starter. Check that the electronic ignition gizmo is grounded as well. HTH. -Jim
