Did the 1964 El Camino have seatbelts or were they an option?

if i remember right.. there were lap belts. my 70 leSabre had lap and shoulder belts seperate. the sholder belt was tucked in roof, clipped to roof liner. if u don't see clips on hte roof there was none.
