    Rides and drives great. Has quiet a few features but would have been nice to get cooling seats. Voice command is useless, doesn’t understand anything I say.

    Third row seating is snug for adults. But all vehicles of this class seem to share that. We started out looking for a Honda Pilot to replace our aging Honda CRV (400K km) but decided to look at Highlanders due to excellent reliability ratings. We test drove a 2018 Pilot, as well. It also met our requirements but didnt have Blind Side Monitoring on both sides (not until 2019). It had a more comfortable ride than the Highlander but, in the end, the Highlander seemed to check all the boxes.

    The place was horrible. Drove 2 hours and they wouldn’t let me test drive the car unless I committed to buying it first. Trash.

    The Highlander seems like it will be a great car for us. We needed something to tow our new trailer are looking forward to our first trip in this great car. The Limited has everything we could have asked for with the exception of Apple Car Play. I love all of the safety features Toyota has added to this vehicle. Great car.
