2018 Subaru OutbackReview
I love the 5 star safety rating. The eye sight semi autonomous driving system is close to Tesla autopilot. There is so much room for storage in the back even with the rear seats up. The 3.6 engine gives the outback plenty of power. The CVT gets a decent amount of criticism but I haven’t found any issues with it. I never feel like I’m in too low of a gear to make a pass on the highway. I’m very happy with it. |

This car is really good. it has quite a wide array of options. With really advanced security features, lane keep assist, assisted braking, adaptative cruse control, power liftgate, just to name a few. Only bad thing is that I would love to see a manual transmission on higher trims. Its only available on the very basic model. It is really on its own niche of Wagon, not SUV. Only appropriate model to compare would be Audi A4 AllRoad, but its quite more expensive. |

Subarus (especially the Outback) are the most versatile and comfortable automobiles made. Although they have gotten more expensive over they last decade, they are a good deal for all you get: the best all-wheel drive, huge cargo space, amazing safety, great technology and a nice ride.(its not a sport wagon). |

I bought the Premium model as a replacement for my 2012 Outback. My 2018 has navigation and moon roof. Car is awesome. Drives and shifts more smoothly than the older one. Not that much acceleration getting on the freeway but adequate. I like all the safety features (blind spot detection, back up camera, lane detection, etc.). Ill be keeping this car until self-driving cars are the standard. |
