Solid, Comfortable, And Reliable Truck! — All in all I give this truck a 9.5 out of 10. It's very comfortable and offers a smooth ride. Sound system is very good, A/C is powerful, love the sensors which help you to park in tight spaces, and the rearview camera is extremely helpful. I have never had any problems with this truck,. It's very reliable. Last winter it worked like a dream in all of the snow.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Drives like a dream! Very comfortable drive in all conditions. Love the front and rear sensors and also the reverse camera. I also feel very safe in this truck, lots of safety features.

Cons: I can't think of any Cons.

Great Milage In A Comfortable Package — Overall a great truck so far. I have racked up 36,000 km on it in 7 months and have had no problems, but I also would not expect any so soon, time will tell. Average 8.8 L/100 km in the summer time, and 10 L/100 km in the winter. It does take a long time to heat up in the winter, but it is a diesel and that's to be expected

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Excellent fuel milage, very quite and comfortable, has the torque needed to pull loads.

Cons: Not very fast acceleration, but is a 3.0 liter diesel, whaty else is expected.
Expensive oil changes ($270 at Jiffy Lube, $300 at the dealership), requires 10 Liters of Euro Synthetic oil, and a filter that is currently only available from the dealership.

I Love My Ram — Saw the Ram on the lot when I was looking for a used truck. Love at first sight. I wasted my time looking for a truck prior to seeing this one. Ford man for many years, now a Ram man. Sold!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Power galore, great stock stereo, great looks, great price

Cons: Transmission is weak, would have loved power windows and doors (I don't know why the manufacturers don't eliminate the manual ones)

Awesome Ram Truck — Second truck I have owned but by far the best vehicle I have owned, Love the technology in this truck it's like driving a car. The full-length running boards, for example, not only make the truck more accessible but also more aerodynamic. Ram designers were able to improve exterior styling and also improve airflow. And pushing a big, blocky truck around, the engine will need any assistance it can get … and what an engine it is.

Pros: Storage

Cons: Fuel economy

My New Ram Silver Bullet — All and all this truck is by far the best choice on the market...love the interior the exterior and my kids have plenty of room in the back so they keep their feet off the seats...lol that drives me crazy

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Looks bad to the bone plus it is functional for towing, hauling the kids and most important it pull the race car like nothing...

Cons: 32 gal fuel tank takes $100 bucks plus to fill up and right now im only avg 18mpg

Ram Won Me Over — Test drove a GM, Nissan, Toyota, & Dodge truck. Dodge won hands down. Wasn't even close. Has the comforts of a luxury SUV & has all the power you would ever want in a truck. Looks great & fantastic value for the money.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Nice truck.

Cons: Not much yet.

Solid Truck — My truck has less than a thousand miles so it is not easy to write an accurate review yet. after I put at least ten thousand miles on it and take it through a few obstacles my review would not be accurate. I do really like the 2014 model ram trucks versus the 2009 to 20013, no specific reason simply a personal preference. one feature I really enjoy having is the multiple temp digital gauge on the dash. you can view your transmission temp while towing along with many other.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very powerful, handles great and much more

Cons: little pricy on gas, yet well worth it

Great Truck For The Money! — I think Chrysler needs to rethink the option packages on the RAM 1500. I bought the Limited, which is the top of the line for 2014. I would have preferred to have chrome bumpers, full chrome wheels and fender flares on this model. RAM puts these on the Longhorn (next model down) but if you opt for the Longhorn, you get a lesser interior and are only able to choose from brown or black with basketball colored seats. Brown interior on a black or silver vehicle doesn't work for me. Save the monochromatic paint for the Sport model and give the 2015 Limited chrome bumpers.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good Looking truck.  I love the interior, premium leather is a nice touch. Ride is smooth and quiet for a truck.

Cons: I'm not totally sold on the eight speed transmission.  It shifts really quick through gears 1-3, seems to slow 0 to 60 time. It will take some getting used to.
