They had one accident reported on the actual Carfax report, which they didnt indicate on the website. I thought this was a bit dishonest. The car needed light body/paint work in few spots. Will need new set of tires and brakes. Overall, though, pretty good car.

My first thought was how clean, inside and out the car was. In my estimation, as I shopped for cars, it was a good value even though the mileage was high. It only had 1 owner, the Car Fax was clean, and it looked as though it was well taken care of, and no recall on that model. It had its Certified sticker on the window, but I think the consumer should also be provided with the actual diagnostic report. I haven’t driven or shopped for any other models to compare it to.

Nice Luxury Car For The Money — After driving this car for the past month, I can now compare it to my older 2007 ES. The ride is a little more rougher than the 07, little more outside noise can be heard, I guess I'll just have to turn up the music, no real problem. The inside style has been refined, except for more plastic, it still is like you are sitting in your living room. Car handles very nice on interstate with plenty of power to spear. I would recommend this car to a friend. One of the highest rated cars in Consumers reports.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great looking car with lots of power from it 268 HP engine.

Cons: My 2007 ES 350 had a few options Lexus dropped on the new model.

Very Nice Driving Car — Like the styling, comfort and blind spot monitor. Don't like controls for audio, they are a distraction and are complicated. The apps work thru Lexus Entune but have been hard to get working consistently. The old presets on the radio were a lot easier to use and required less attention when you're driving.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: styling, good mileage, comfort, blind spot monitoring

Cons: Controls for audio are a pain and apps like pandora and I heart radio are spotty

Amazing Luxury At An Affordable Price. — I jokingly compare the ES to driving a really fast couch. The front seats are so comfortable and for a "entry level" luxury vehicle, the engine power is linear and always available. You never feel the car shift; it just whooshes you down the road. Ride quality is great too.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Amazing value for the luxury the car provides

Cons: I wish there was an AWD option, but we have made it just fine during the last winter.
