I have this particular vehicle. Everything about the GMC terrain is great. There is only one thing in this entire vehicle that well is sub par. We took a trip down to the beach and found that the leather seats in this SUV are very uncomfortable after a few hours of driving. We took several more trips and everyone was complaining about the seats. Several people we did not tell and they still complained the seats were uncomfortable. There just is not enough cushion. They are good looking seats with great stitching, however, looks are deceiving in this case. Interestingly the GMC terrain leather is the same in every version even the Denali. The leather is always in black.

Cargo Room And Comfort — Compared to other vehicles within its class, it far exceeded my expectations. Other manufacturers couldn't compare and were lacking in quality and comfort. Great fuel economy and competitive price for a mid-size SUV with exceptional options and customer service from the dealer.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fuel economy

Cons: No towing power

Nice All Around Driver — It has the 3.6 V6. I was very surprised towing my 2 snowmobiles how well it passes on the two lane. My 3.7 I-5 Colorado couldn't have done this well but, then again it weights a bit more than the GMC. The GMC Terrain is rated for 5 people but, 4 is more like it.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Nice power and better fuel mileage than my Colorado.

Cons: Price...In my book it shouldn't cost 37k for this size vehicle.
