Great Reliable Small Suv — The car appearance is great with comfortable seats, and amazing sound system. The sync system is very responsive to my commands. I get 24 MPG, so not bad for a SUV. Overall I am very pleased with the vehicle in general

Pros: Great technology package. Handles well with good fuel economy.

Cons: Lacks power due to the 1.6L engine and not middle console pockets

The Perfect Car For My Wife And I. — I love almost everything about this Ruby Red Ford Escape. Power, handling, good looks, gas economy, power, stability, comfort, technology, easy access in and out for my wife, we are looking forward to hitting the road this summer and seeing places and friends and relatives.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Awesome appearance, very comfortable, voice commands and high tech operations, auto opening tailgate for my wife who has MS. Good handling, power combined with good gas mileage. Four wheel drive only operates when needed automatically.  No keys, 8 inch back up camera and info screen (important for us oldies) panoramic power sunroof, heated seats, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, I really like the navigation system. The pros go on and on for me.

Cons: The price for a Titanium is a bit high, but same quality and options of many luxury suv's. The high tech features are great but intimidating.

We Love It — Love our new Escape. It drives better than any SUV we have owned. We never thought we would buy American made since we have always owned Imports but after test driving the escape we realized it was the perfect fit for your family.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Looks, performance, MPG

Cons: None

Thankful That It's Mine. — Ford did a magnificent job in the Escape makeover! I had the old style previously , there is no way to compare the two. I see the new Escape as a way to drive an SUV and have the benefits of an economy vehicle at the same time. The car is fun to drive, handles very nicely. All controls are conveniently place. Sound system is superb.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Good fuel economy, ride, drive, and the benefits of an  SUV

Cons: None yet

New Look, New Design. — I enjoy driving this car. It handles very nicely, and gets great gas mileage. It accelerates well, and has a great response. I like the look of this car, inside and out. It is a safe feeling vehicle, and is a pleasure to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: This car has a lot of bells and whistles

Cons: Not big enough for a large family.

Great Little Crossover — Overall, it was a great purchase. I've only owned one other Ford - a 2003 Explorer Sport Track, and I believe this one is even better than it was. Handling and acceleration is great, and the Microsoft Sync radio still has bugs. I've installed latest firmware, still occasionally the volume control does not work - have to do a factory reset to get it functioning again.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Handles well; lots of power for a 4-banger

Cons: Microsoft Sync radio has bugs...

Nice Mid Size Suv — The SEL version that we have has a lot of nice options including leather seats. It would be nice to see all of these cars with the LED running lights, (At this time only Titanium Model offers LED 's). The turbo engine gives great passing ability. Overall a very nice car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Nice looking vehicle with a 2.4L Turbo that has great acceleration.

Cons: Overall gas mileage was only about 23 mpg vs dealer stated 27

Fantastic Smaller Suv — Love the car! I especially like the new design for 2013. Ford has definitely changed my impression of the smaller SUV. The leather seats are an added bonus to an already cool ride. Love the automatic liftgate. So handy when your arms are full of groceries!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Love the pickup and handling

Cons: None

2013 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 L 4wd — Only 300 miles into ownership, and I can tell this is a different kind of CUV. Sure footed on turns, fast when turbo finally spools up, and still gets 30 MPG on the Highway (my last drive anyway). Good thing it can accomodate 87 octane fuel, or this fat puppy would be expensive to drive around the city.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very quiet interior, great sound system when opting for the SONY touchscreen unit. Takes 87 octane gas.

Cons: Very heavy in 2 liter 4WD format.  Could loose 2 or 3 hundred pounds to get better mileage and sportier performance.
