2012 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Coupe RWD Review
Chris says:
I have not driven a 2012 2SS. This is my most desired, targeted car to own for both styling and features as well as performance although i would be hard pressed to give up my 2014 2LT for a 2012 2SS. The 2012 SS seems to be more rarely available so i might eventually settle for a 2010/1 or upgrade to a 13 or just get a 15 or newer. My car has nearly everything i could want except Bremo brakes, a v8 and a better spoiler or cold air intake all of which i can add on there myself when the time comes. I dont ever hear people doing headers but they do upgrade the exhaust. A turbo or supercharger is also an option but downgrades the gas mileage advantage of the v6.

Cargo Capacity Ranked 2014 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT Coupe RWD better.
"The Clickers need to work with this car. Make sure they replace the batteries in them on older cars in your purchase RO because there are no passenger side or trunk key holes. Also if you dont lick using the key or unlock with the clickers the alarm will cautiously sound until the key is turned with the ignition. There is no gas door lock. There are no levers with the power seats to access the back seats. I fully recommend the strut tower brace upgrade to improve body roll and stiffness of the frame/suspension. It is standard equipment only on the convertible but it is a very inexpensive upgrade. "
Would Buy Ranked 2014 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT Coupe RWD worse.
"It comes down to price, miles, standard tranny, and available color versus strut tower brace or other mods and of course that moon/sunroof. The car is twice as nice with a sunroof but it isnt essential. It just commands additional money... probably $1500-$2500 in added value. I would almost go so far as to say they shouldnt have mase the car without the roof because it commands more in price than it cost to put them in but thats going too far."

"I think this is more of a sportys car but at least you can put kids in the back seat which is great trunk space is not that big because its a convertible but its enough to put groceries everyone likes to go golfing I personally like to go swimming so I can put my snorkeling equipment back there with no problem. "
Would Buy Ranked 2013 Chevrolet Camaro better.
"Yes I would buy the 2013 over to 2012 it keeps some of the 1969 interior designs which brings back good old memories the convertible top could have been made much better I believe the 2015 is a much better convertible top it opens up and just hides it at 1 Swift movement this one you have to put the thing in by hand it cover. I actually own both of them now and am happy with both of them. Not really a fair comparison though, one is meant for joy riding, the other is for winter travel.

James says:
Rides, drives and handles exactly like the 2011, because its basically the same car. Those are great cars however the long door on that two door convertible makes it rather hard to get in and out if someone parks next to you.
