Elegantly Sporty — The coupe has lots of class and style yet maintains a sporty feel. Smooth, comfortable ride. Hard to get in and out of back set. Moving seats forward seems to take forever since the automatic seats move so slowly. Of course, not a problem if there’s only 2 people riding in the car. Looking at the Cadillac front facing looks just like every other Cadillac out there. It doesn’t stand out as a sport coupe. Lastly, the AC vent on the side of the console for the driver is in a werid spot. The cool air hits the steering wheel more than it does the driver., but overall..... I love it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Stylish, classy and sporty.  Comfortable seating, visually appealing!

Cons: Driver AC vent location, access to back seat

Gorgeous Red Ride! — Driving this car is like a dream come true, the color is a beautiful shade of red, they call it crystal tint red. It has every available option. It has a really cool gps and entertainment system. The previous owner left me 600+ songs in it for my ride to Detroit Mi from where I bought this in Chicago. I can't say enought for Foley Cadillac/Bentley/RR. They treated me like royalty.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: A truly fun and Luxurious car to drive!

Cons: Back seat is a bit small, getting in and out is a trick.  I fell on the ground my first trip out of the back seat.

2011 Red Cts Coupe 3.6 V6 With Manual 6 Speed — Car has the highest performance suspension short of the CTS-V so it handles great but you feel every imperfection in the road surface. Build quality is very good. The only problems I have had were in the trunk with the latch cover and the side panel cover.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fun car to drive and I get lots of compliments on how it looks.  Fairly rare car in that it is the first year of the coupe and the last year of the 3.6l with a manual 6speed.

Cons: Very difficult to get into the back seat and very little headroom when you get there.

Real Nice — Pretty fast, but not great. Handles pretty well. Very nice, luxurious interior. Beautiful exterior. Fun car to drive. Brakes work really well too. Very smooth acceleration. It has a lot of buttons on the inside that are kind of confusing.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fun, nice, and good looking

Cons: confusing buttons

2011 Cadillac Cts Coupe — Great styling and performance. But be careful when you are driving it due to blind spot problems. If you are lucky, you will average 20 mph on all driving. The only way you will see 26 MPH highway is to keep it at 55 on level ground.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Sharp styling. Great quality of trim, fit and finish

Cons: Fuel mileage was atrocious. Visibilty on right rear. The blindspot was very pronounced on this car. You really need to be careful when you do move to the right lane.

I love this car, first Cadillac in the family. Great daily driver. Pro: has AWD, big truck space, heated and cool seats, remote start w/automatic. Con: The interior material is plastic so it creaks and crunches, can barely see out the back window (CTS is modeled after the Camaro or Corvette). There is a known timing chain issue with this engine if there isnt regular proper oil change.

Definitely performs like a luxury sportscar. Handles easy and smooth. Car has a lot of spunk. I just wish it was in Red Obsession color.

"Yes, 2011 is a better value, because 2012 has some repairs/maintenance needed; which would cost more than 2011s sale price. 2011 did not sound, drive, nor sound in need, still drives Cadillac-worthy. "

GuruT12PR says:
The look and style is very unique, almost like an exotic sports car (note no door handles). The power was great but slow response in auto and quick in manual shift, but you have to shift yourself to avoid a prolonged redline between gear changes. The seats were nice but a little stiff and storage space is minimal with a narrow trunk opening and arms on the trunk that will smash anything in their way as you close the trunk lid. Overall I still love it for the design, luxury and performance although in high speed around curves it gets a little loose above 70 mph. This car is for the taste in specific car not all the possible key points in what a vehicle owner wants, like sight lines, storage space, soft comfort and passenger room.
