2010 Corolla S — I drive a manual, which can be jerky at times, but once you get a hang of it, it becomes great to drive. The manual is extremely fun to drive, and I recommend it to anyone who knows how to drive stick or is willing to learn. The speaker package offered is superb, and the controls on the steering wheel are an added bonus. I am pretty tall, and it has enough leg room, so that's not a problem. Exterior styling on the Corolla S seems to be very sporty and looks nothing less than a sports car. Gas mileage total comes to about 32 to 33, which is phenomenal for a "nonhybrid" car. As for interior quality, some of the features are just plastic, like the sun visor, which I feel could have been done up. Overall it is an amazing car and I definitely recommend it.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great gas mileage, sound package, sporty design, and great pickup.

Cons: Only thing is some of the interior features are plain plastic

Efficient Car That Will Do Well In The City As Well As On The Open Road; Very Quiet Too! — OK, maybe the 1.8 liter engine is not as powerful as the bigger engines out there but it responds very well to both low revs as well as high revs. Smart VVTi system keeps those intake and exhaust vales open and closed perfectly to optimize performance and fuel efficiency. 16 inch alloy wheels and 205/55 are just the right blend of comfort and road handling dynamics. Sound deadening is better than most competitors. Designers spent time tweaking the looks in Italy and it shows. The S model is neither garish nor bland; well balanced.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fuel efficient and fun to drive; looks good too!

Cons: Give us more color choices

Fun Little Car That Has Grown Just Enough To Fit Many Purposes — What a compact sedan should be. Fuel efficient, nimble, comfortable, and fun to drive (yes, despite the criticism laid on by some reviewers). Get the 5 speed manual transmission and alloy wheels; an auto 4 speed and steel wheels on a 1.8 liter engine is not a recipe for fun. Learn or re-learn to drive a manual and reep the benefits of better fuel efficiency, better acceleration, less brake wear, and better connection to the road.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fuel efficient, Good looking, Quiet

Cons: Don't get an automatic on a 1.8 liter engine

Cash For Clunkers....... — Well Compared to the 3 trucks I had before...... Gas is a big thing ive been able to save on. Driving on the highway I've gotten about 36mpg. Double what i had in a Ford Ranger. The interior is pretty sleek and clean and simple. Its nice to just toss crap into the back seat or the trunk and not have to worry bout stuff getting wet or stolen.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Mileage, looks,

    Cons: none

Great Sporty Car With Very Reasonable Price Tag. — 2.4 L engine has a lot more power than the standard 1.8 L 60MPH around 25MPH bends handles great but wouldn't trust much faster Appearance is very sporty; much better than past models plain Corollas. Interior dash is sporty with race car IP and gauges. Much improved sound system with 8 speakers. Satellite and Blue Tooth abled. Low cost maintenance. Gas mileage approx. 25 MPG; not bad for a 2.4 L VERY MUCH FUN to drive! Handles well and wants to go fast!

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Satisfied the need for speed when you need it.

Cons: Handles well with good gas mileage.

Awesome! — I love my car! Its a manual and it a lot of fun to drive. It gets good gas mileage and is suprisingly big for such a small car. Not to mention I picked it out and bought it myself!

    Pros: its awesome.

Cons: Nothing that I know of... yet

Its Cute, Spunky And All Mine! — My fun "little" car has lots of space (especially the trunk for shopping!), its quiet (can barely hear the thing start), a smooth ride, sweet color (magnetic gray), great security (it will lock even me out after 1 minute of hitting the button) and awesome mileage (except with the A/C). I wish it accelerated faster and wasn't such a "dirty" girl - Roxy is her name btw

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Quiet, smooth and great for travel!

Cons: Not the fastest sporty car
