Awesome — The only thing I don't like about this car is that it has no place to put change. That's irritating to me. The performance overall is great - I use a higher octane gasoline in it. The only thing I had to have fixed was the alignment since it was a lil off when I bought it. Appearance is great - Had to condition the leather a bit since it wasn't as soft as I would've liked. Gas mileage is good - around 30mpg highway and about 24mpg city. cost of maintenance and repairs are very expensive. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Overall great car Cons: price ![]() Looking for a Used MAZDA3 in your area?CarGurus has 6,585 nationwide MAZDA3 listings starting at $1,650. |

Great Buy For The Price, And Fun To Drive. — Great performance for a 2.0L. The fuel economy can average over 40mpg highway. Interior quality is very good for a intro level car. Exterior styling was risky, but it stands out. Very fun to drive. I would've rather gotten the 2.4L turbo. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Cheap & fun Cons: Not the most powerful |

Little White Beast — This car is phenomenal. Though it only has 167 Hp this car can beat a Corvette, Mustangs, and even some AMGs and M series. Its fully loaded and has everything that luxury brands have but at a Mazda price. I would say that the closest competitor to this car would have to be a Lexus IS in terms of looks, performance, luxuries, etc. but I would choose this car over the IS any day. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Everything for the most part Cons: Would love to see this car have 200+ Hp and not have to be a Mazdaspeed version to be so. |

Very Good Car With A Very Bad Design!! — What happen with Mazda in this design. The Cars was a good children movie but to put the actual smile on the front of the new Mazda was a big mistake! It's a well done car with nice quality trim. Drive like a cheap BMW ( Keep doing it Mazda ). Nice car but the smile...not a fun. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Very good quality car Cons: The smile!!! of the front bumper |

Test Drive — I test drove the Mazda 3 and I loved the handling, acceleration, dashboard and appearance. I ended up not buying it because of the gas mileage. If I get a car that small, it should get 35 mpg. I guess power has its price, but I figured I would be happier with more room for the same mileage. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

Great Second Car For A Teenager — Way better than my last car, all the money's worth. Evrything is awesome! Performance awsome! Build quality good so far. Appearance Sweet, besides the grill, but does'nt bother me much. Cost was worth evry penny, so many standard features. Fun Hell YEAH!! Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: RPM pickup Cons: Grin Grille |

Good Choice For Someone Looking For A Low Cost, Sporty Ride. — Above average ride quality( sporty and firm) with a properly weighted steering. Accleration could be better on the low end by adding 20 to 30 extra horses.Still manages Low 7 sec 0 to 60MPH. Manual gear is above average with short and direct throw. Gets little balky when it is warmed up. Typical front wheel drive understeer through out tight to long radius turns. Easily modulated with the throttle. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Value for bucks Cons: GPS.....Too small and the voice prompt is too intrusive. |

Cons: Nothing |

Mazda3 5-door Hatch — Low end torque is immense. Really high revs. Very sturdy car, tight steering. The semi-auto transmission isn't that great. Pretty fuel efficient. The exterior styling..kinda looks like a fish. Inside is great. Even though the seats are cloth, it's still nice. And this car is extremely fun to drive Pros: Fun to drive, quick, tight Cons: Styling, 4 cylinders |
