Great At What It Does — I liked this truck it handle and worked very well. I never had any mechanical problems with it or any problems in general. I didn't like it because it was not four wheel drive. Other than that its a great truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very reliable, good power, safe

Cons: Not four wheel drive

Chevrolet Silverado — I love Chevrolet trucks. There is little that I dislike about it. It was excellent for towing/pulling and reliability. Excellent truck. I find no fault with the handling or power. Fuel mileage could be improved. No complaints. I recommend Chevy trucks.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: This is my fifth Chevrolet truck.  They are reliable, and I will continue to buy Chevy in the future.  Love those Silverados!

Cons: MPG could be better.

Work/family Vehicle — Nice quiet smooth running truck. Although for some odd reason the engine began using too much oil. Was in the shop a number of time and eventually GM, put in a brand new motor. All of which was still covered under warranty. So the truck has a little over 32,0000 mi but the engine has about 2000. Averages about 15 mpg is one of biggest downfalls of such a great truck

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Plenty of leg room, great towing truck,

Cons: Everything is computerized so resetting tire pressure after rotation can b a little time consuming

A Lot Of Bang For Your Buck. — It has a very comfortable ride with a lot of leg room. Tall people can appreciate this. Very dependable and reliable, you can feel safe any where you go. The bed cover keeps bed looking very neat and clean even when used to hall things frequently.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Stylish with a lot of room in truck perfect for company work truck.

Cons: Single cab, only 3 people can ride.

Looks Great, Great Ride For Vacations — very roomie, very dependable, great for moving things , not good on gas biggest down fall about trucks , very comfortable, very smooth ride, not a lot of negative =s gas is the big problem so I had to move on and buy a car with V6 engine will probably miss the room but won't miss the gas pump!!!!!!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great way to get vehicle out there and get notice, didn't have much action so I decided to trade truck in

Cons: gas mileage, not good

Great Truck — I like the towing capacity of this truck. The comfort of the seats. The roomy interior. The driver set up and features. I like the looks of this truck (the chrome running boards I installed after market add a nice touch too). Great truck.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Attractive truck.  Reliable.  Can fit the entire family in it.  Tows our trailer easily.

Cons: Gas mileage (but that is known going in), but it's not bad given it's a V8, full size truck.

Chev Has Always Made A Great Truck And I Think They Just Need To Work On Fuel Milage — you cant get performance from something computer controlled as much as these are. The head liner rattled after three months fixed now replaced both rear chrome bumper covers and rear emblem all under warranty. It is a great truck to own and looks awsome. Gas milage is average and all maintenance has been free so far, three year maintenance card when I bought it. Very comfortable smooth ride you cant tell your in a 4x4 half ton pickup

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Everything is great with this truck

Cons: Now that ford has the twin turbo v6 I think chev is in trouble if they dont follow suit

The F150 Looks Less Expensive, But Once The Options Get Added, The Silverado Is A Better Deal. — Performance is excellent (but turning radius is wider than F150). Quality is great. Appearance -- guys, its a pickup, not a Lamborghini! Definitely not a fuel sipper (but check out the crew cab hybrid!) but mileage has increased about 25% over prior models. Yes, its fun to drive. It can also haul a ton of stuff.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Work!

Cons: Can't think of one.

Nice Riding Truck. — Very good all-around truck. Nice ride. Comfortable to drive. Easy to get in and out of. Good power with the 5.3L V8. 36 gal fuel tank makes fuel stops far between but expensive when you do fill it up. E85 is a lot less but fuel economy dips 15-20% too!! It does feel a bit more powerful with the higher octane E85 though.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Versatility

Cons: Fuel economy
