Good — nice looking car, spacious, our "young" sons approve it and don't mind getting caught driving it! Still need to find out if 2.4L is underpowered.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: car of my choice

Cons: had to pay premium during Aug 09 and clunker season, absence of easy-get-out for driver even after having paid a $425 worth of driver seat upgrade!

Couldn't Be Happier. Drove All The Competition And Liked The Nox Best. — Love my new Mocha Metallic NOX. Fits tall person well. Beautiful inside & out. Great stereo/nav/rear entertainment combo. Rides smooth and quite. Better than expected city/highway mpg with 6cyl. Upgraded Headlights are a plus! Very happy with purchase.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Ride, Fuel Efficiency, Appearance, Interior

Cons: No dual zone HVAC

Good Decision On My Part, Plus I Used A Lot Of Clunker Money. — The vehicle has cutting edge design inside and out. Six speed auto trans makes it fun to drive. Haven't found one thing wrong with it yet.

When Searching...kept Coming Back To This One. I Am Really Satisfied With This Crossover. — This really is a beautiful vehicle. Switching from a '97 Camry to this is a HUGE change. The seats are much more comfortable and I appreciate the height advantage of the vehicle. So far (83 miles) everything is running smoothly, I am adjusting to the difference in the engines. Due to the new release of the vehicle (and the CARS program) I did not receive any incentives or break in the sticker price. It really is early for me to provide ratings.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: 32 mpg highway; front/back seat leg room; individual wheel suspension; six speaker sound w/trial XM; 5 yr road side assistance

Cons: with a 3 yr bumper-to-bumper should you purchase an extended warranty? rust proofing? undercarriage coating?

Why Look At Anything Else? — I have one. I got 28 mpg on the first tank in mixed driving and Interstate cruising at 74mph. The vehicle is fantastic, and although I’m used to driving sportier vehicles, I do not feel penalized by the peppy 4 cylinder, great suspension and sound deadening. The styling is great as is the fit and finish. As far as GM engines are concerned, we traded in a GM 3.1 L engined vehicle with 233,xxx miles on it that would travel all day long at 8o+ mph and spent its last vacation going to Washington DC from Atlanta. I’m VERY happy with my purchase!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Engine, suspension,fit and finish,value

Cons: none

This Is A Total New Car In Many Ways And A Real Feat On Gas Mileage. — We like the excellent gas mileage for a vehicle this size. It has many nice features as the back up camera, moving rear seat optimizing space for passengers or hauling room, folding rear and one front seat for long items. The car is fun to drive and is very quiet and smooth.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Moveable rear seat, rear camera,

Cons: none

New 2010 Chevy Equinox — great gas mileage-vehicle still in break-in period and getting 32.5 mpg highway. Flexible rear seating and cargo space. Very comfortable & spacious vehicle to drive. Good instrumentation. Great value for the money.

The Equinox Has Been My Favorite Vehicle That I Have Ever Owned! — I like the way it handles and I feel very safe in The Equinox as it has lots airbags, front and sides! Good gas milage as it averaged 25.6 in town and highway combined! I like the simplicity of all the controls and gauges! The cruise controll is great and I like the menu that is loaded with information about the vehicle. It even tells you your tire pressures!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great appearance, great gas milage, handles the curves great, good power, very reliable, lots of room, I love the back up camera, nice sunroof and I recommend the Equinox to anyone!

Cons: The origional engine was consuming oil but the dealer replaced it under warranty and The new engine was great! Does not use any oil between changes!
