Great Car To Own — Great car for it's type. Would be very difficult to find a better luxury crossover that hits all the positive notes right. Navigation maps are expensive to keep up to date but that is similar to how other brands are.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great looking, plenty of cargo capacity, decent performance for a crossover. takes regular fuel

Cons: Navigation maps are expensive to update

First Class! — This car is in prety expensive company and i believe Cadillac has done a good job in bringing a car to the public that not only loks good, but is a head on competitor to foreigners. We love driving it and it glides down the road smoothly and it feels like a luxury car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: looks great   handles great   has every toy you can get

Cons: could have more power and better gas mileage

Great Every Day Car... — This car looks great... I used to use it to commute 100 miles a day for work and truly enjoyed the time I spent in the car... being stuck on 93 isn't a great experience, but at least in the SRX, it was comfortable and you were surrounded by a lot of upgrades... Handling was OK... but lets face it, this isn't a car you buy for taking off ramps at 60 MPH... economy was also OK, I was averaging about 22 MPG and even though a lot of my driving was 'highway', it was stop and go traffic, so i think 22 MPG is actually pretty good... Also, during the time I owned it, I had no mechanical issues... only brought it in for scheduled maintenance and stickers!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great looks, especially inside - the dash and layout is very similar to the CTS...

Cons: It is a crossover, so the space inside isn't SUV class...

Fun To Drive And Is A Great Car For The Money — After looking at many luxury crossovers nothing compared to the quality, features and the service we recieved from Cadillac. Everything about this car including the price was better than the Mercedes, Acura, Lexus, BMW. Do yourself a favor and give the SRX a good look.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Good Gas milage, great ride, awesome nav/entertainment system, uses regular fuel

Cons: Navagation doesn't let the passenger type in address when car is in drive

Excellent Crossover. — This car didn't feel right at the beginning. Brakes were sluggish and transmission didn't shift out right. After 1500 miles it seems to be ok. I think there is a breakin period required or either I'm getting use to it. I drove a 350Z prior to this. Difference in types of cars could have something to do with my initial assessment. Overall I like the car and think GM is coming out of their slump.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Fine exterior finish. Interior is excellent. High tech gauges and electronics.

Cons: Brakes and transmission as well as handling felt awkward at first but better after a break in period.

So Far Very Happy — Great to look at with a very smooth quiet ride. Easy to figure out navigation, radio, inside configurations. Rough plastic trim on steering wheel is annoying and wish the door unlock button was on the door instead of the dash. I'm short and wish I could raise the seat a bit higher but love that you can extend the gas and brake pedals

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: very quiet smooth ride, easy to understand navigation, ect

Cons: not great gas milage
