Great Car For The Money And As An Entry Level Suv. — The acceleration of this car with a V6 is great. The transmission shifts smoothly and ride is a bit stiffer than the two wheel drive version. The car handles very well and brakes are excellent. The car is an excellent commuter vehicle with the handling, ride, and fuel economy. Being a Toyota, the car requires little maintenance except for normal servicing.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Being a Toyota the car requires very little maintenance.  The build quality is good and is fairly comfortable on trips.  It accommodates four adults  easily with reasonable cargo space.

Cons: The car has a narrow track which does cause it to roll a bit at highway speeds.  The body styling leaves a bit to be desired. The new delivery tires have a very short life.

I love the way it handles in the snow and off road. I can turn off the traction control and make my own tracks in the deep snow, which has gotten me around in the winter when we had 3+ feet of snow. Also, it has great power, for a little suv, as far as passing other cars when you need to step on it a bit. The only issue I have had with it thus far is I wish it had a 3rd row seat option.
