Designed For The Average American Idiot Who Thinks 25 Mpg Is Just Great... — It doesn't suck as much as American cars...It's not a metal car...it's a plastic car that sits too low to the ground, it's mpg is not good at all. It's headlights do suck but could be easily fixed. the best part of this car is the motor, transmission, handling, power, and reliability but other than that, there's much better buys out there. The Camry is PASSE'!!!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It's a Toyota and it's very well built and very reliable

Cons: Drinks too much gas, too much Styrofoam in the bumpers, Sits too low to the ground, window's too small, U feel claustrophobic while Ur in it...It's over priced too because of our governments BS tariffs and the greed of the dealers...

Worked Well For Rme — Love the average 33 mpg. Always had plenty of room. While it's just a family sedan, I felt it had decent power when needed. My labs hair always stuck to the back seat, and ended up having to use a towel every trip.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: mpg
size

Cons: Won't be confused with a sports car

Excellent Family Car — I like the solid reputation of this car, it has a history of safety and reliability and continues to be the number one selling automobile in America. The ride is very comfortable and quiet. It is also very roomy for six footers.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: consistently ranked most reliable by JD Powers

Cons: bland styling

A Nice Car To Own And Drive — Toyota delivered the goods when they made this model of Camry. Rides smooth, quick brakes, No worries, when you travel in this car. Fuel saver. Good value for the money spent to purchase this auto. I would recommend it my friends and family.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable on a road trip. I like the style of this car.

Cons: I would have preferred a chocolate or blue colored interior.

Great — See ratings Good power. Good reliability. Good fuel economy. Good price. Plenty of space, and I am a taller driver, so that is always important to feel comfortable without having to sacrifice fuel economy by having drive a larger vehicle. Overall just a great car.

My Favorite Car Ever. — This is a great driving car. Brakes seemed to never wear down but finally replaced them for second time a few thousand miles ago. Smooth riding and quite. Maintenance costs have been very low. Some people express concern about the batteries. A Toyota Dealership in our town warrants the hybrid batteries for life on a new car. I inquired with other make dealerships, and they all say that they have had to replace maybe 3 battery sets. - ever! And they were replaced because of accidents or water damage from driving in a pond. And the acceleration will surprise. It's pretty quick. All in all - a very nice car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Plenty of room, with equalizer it drives excellent in heavy ice, rain, and snow.  Instant miles per gallon is visible at any time.  MPG spring, summer and fall avg. 35.  Highway 40

Cons: The only thing I didn't like about this car was the attachment for phone music blue ray is with a cord.  All the other functions of your phone or device are wireless.

Great Family Car — I looked for a few weeks when it came time to buy another car. I picked the Camry over the Accord because my friends Accord (2008) is burning engine oil at only 80k miles. I read a lot about the problem and was pretty disappointed because they drive sporty. Well, I'm happy with the Toyota and it was a good price at Leith Toyota in Raleigh. I have it serviced a a Toyota specialist and hope to get many years of service.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: I love my new to me Camry. It's a 2009 with the vvti 4 cylinder. Great on gas and smooth in town.

Cons: A little under powered for the freeway, a little tiring on long road trips

A Review Of My 2009 Toyota Camry — I liked the color, the gas mileage and the way it handled. The only thing that I disliked about my car is the fact that is a 4 cylinder and it don't have the power. Its roomy but yet sporty for 4 door car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great gas mileage!

Cons: It is a 4 cylinder.

Excellent Vehicle, And Tremendous Long Term Value And Reliability ! — What I most like about this car is its ride, comfort, looks, interior layout, space, and fuel efficiency. For a 4 cylinder it also has good acceleration, especially for passing on the highway. The SE package styling REALLY makes a big difference in the looks of the car along with the ride performance, and cornering. It includes a 440 watt JBL stereo and premium JBL speakers which sounds as good as the 550 watt stereo in our Audi. Just a darn nice car, and too bad the new ones went to such a bland style versus this one. The looks of this one won't be dated for a long time to come.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: This has been the best car we've owned in the past 20 years. Other than oil changes, and 1 new set of tires, there has been zero other maintenance or repair costs. And to think I bought an extended warranty ??? Didn't need it, but still have it for peace of mind. The SE suspension has been totally worthwhile, and the Michelin tires installed at 40k miles have only improved traction, stability, cornering, ride comfort and sense of safety.

Cons: The only minor item I would suggest a change is the height of the front spoiler. Needs to be about 1" higher off the ground to make sure curbs aren't scraped.
