My G37 Coupe — Awesome car. Great performance and smooth luxurious ride as well. It has tons of power and the engine sound make a nice roar when you step on it; but when you're cruising at highway speed the sound is much more dampened. It's very balanced overall in it's qualities.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Performance, Styling and Luxury Comfort

Cons: The center console is a little small.

Don't Buy — cup holder is in the wrong places, when i go to shift my arm runs into the cup. the seat runs into the visor when when trying to get into the back seats. not enough room to fit arm to change the seat position( need to open the door to move seat up or down) horribly built brakes lock easily under-steer problem

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: very fast

Cons: Horrible build quilty, feels cheap, brakes lock often

Comfortable And Powerful Cruiser —

I was invited to test drive a silver Infiniti G37 GT AWD sedan. The car comes equipped with a 320hp 3.7 V6, AWD and an automatic 6-speed gearbox. Although the power reserve seems so enourmous, I found the engine not very good in the upper regions. There is a lot of torque and never lack any power, but the engine character is tuned towards middle and low end power rather than having a racy touch to it. The suspension was another relative disappointment, since the sports version wasn't available. I see the value of an AWD system on such a powerful sedan, but didn't like the suspension consistency when increasing the pace. The car became almost unfocused and wobbly where I would want it to be sharp and agile. Not much fun there (reminds me of an Audi suspension, yuk). The comfort on the other hand is a marvel. For such a premium car, I would expect a better finish. The "alu" panels are average quality painted plastic and the general feel is not as good as it looks. The build quality is solid though. Conclusion: good car, but not good enough to meet up with Lexus or the German duo BMW/Mercedes. Can easily win it from an Audi in ride and handling, no way near Audi regarding build quality and luxury touch.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Powerful engine at low and mid range, excellent comfort and refreshing choice.

Cons: Unfocused handling in the performance zone, average plastics, not so revvy engine.

Infiniti G37x — I know it can reach 225km/hour easily, but not sure where it tops out. Awesome look, awesome interior, awesome handling, awesome features. Bose sound system, so even full blast sound is crystal clear. Black exterior, black interior, intelligent cruise control, just an amazing drive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Everything

Cons: almost nothing

Great For Any Kind Of Driving. Top Notch Car. — The performance is great. It's tight fast and great response. The second you step on the pedal the car responds. All the fancy onboard computers keep it solid on the road. The car is also sexy to boot. It's sleek looking while still managing not to stick out too much. The black interior is fantastic. It's not jet black but it doesnt look crummy and fake. It's extremely comfortable and I wouldn't mind sleeping in it. I've only had it a couple weeks so I can't really vouch for the reliability but from the reviews I've read the car seems solid. Gas mileage could be better but then again I'm not that much of a economical driver. Overall the car is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: You'll love every second of it

Cons: It's a luxury car so It's not that cheap

Infiniti G37 — Infiniti G37. Powered by a 3.7 litre V6 producing 250kw. No turbos or superchargers. Doesn't drink too much petrol like most Japanese cars. Its meant to be a reasonable ride, shares the same engine with the upcoming Nissan 370Z. What else can I say?

Pros: Great power and economy

Cons: Imported, harder to get in Australia.

Impressive Entry-level Luxury Coupe For An Affordable Price — I purchased this vehicle in hopes for an aesthetically pleasing and smooth ride, and this car is exactly what I'm looking for. It gets about 20 mpg (combined), and with such a roaring engine, you have to be ready for a fun ride. It fits my impulsive style so well, and it definitely is a delight for long solo journeys. The front seats are surprisingly comfortable, and I often get double-takes when I'm in it. The added features like moonroof, AWD, etc. are perks though not completely necessary to enjoy the ride. Definitely would purchase again, although the G37 was discontinued in May '13.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Sleek, attractive ride with a strong pickup, incredible BOSE sound system with a strong bass, and luxurious front seats... definitely a fun ride for two!

Cons: Somewhat poor gas mileage, and minor engine noise

The Sedan That Performs Like A Sports Car... — From my first ride in an Infiniti back in 2006, I have been impressed. The level of luxury and beauty matches other world-class cars, yet the performance and reliability is even better! Smooth and quiet in ordinary driving, a snarling Tazmanian devil when you punch it... The German prestige brands better watch out!

Pros: Powerful engine, comfortable quiet interior, good looking car.

Cons: required Premium fuel.
