Great Powerfull Truck — The only thing I want to change is the gas mailege a friend liked this so well he went and bought a new one .This is the best truck I have owned. People look when you drive down the road. Because of the slight lift it sets it appart from others. The TRD air intake should help with better fuel milage. The exhaust system is a low rumble not a blarring loud noise.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Lots of power / can pull just about anything or go out on the town

Cons: gas

Fun To Drive, Sexy Truck — This is the perfect car to take on family vacations, or if I want some power the v8 5.7 liter has plenty! Although I usually only average about 14mpg, i feel safe taking my family around in our Tundra because it's a beast on the road

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: excellent cargo space, reliablity and looks!

Cons: gas guzzler!

It's A Great Vehicle For Doing Anything, And I'd Strongly Recommend It To Anyone. — I love my truck! The power from the 5.7L V8 is enormous, and it passes just about anything without even needing to put my foot to the floor. The transmission shifts smoothly (almost un-noticeably), and is never afraid to go down a couple gears if need be. The brakes are strong and sure, and the handling is awesome. The steering is light and quick in town and heavier on the open road, like it should be. Gas mileage is great for a truck of this size, so far I'm averaging about 18MPG.The quality is another strong point for this truck (it is a Toyota, after all!). No rattles, squeaks or misfitting panels. Everything is assembled with laser-like precision and fits perfectly. The paint quality is also outstanding. The styling is another plus, it just looks brawny and mean, while still maintaining flowing lines, unlike some of its competitors, ahem....Ford. Overall this is the best truck on the market, and I wouldn't own anything else. Completely stock at the moment, except for a newly-installed K&N 77-series Cold Air Intake.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power, braking, handling dynamics, appearance inside and out, seat comfort, quality, capability, JBL sound system and Toyota nav, interior storage

Cons: Gas mileage, but I didn't buy a truck to get 30+ MPG.

Great All Around Famiy Truck. — I love my Tundra. I have used it to tow a trailer with ATVs, my WaveRunners,, and even used an 18' trailer to tow a friends Ranger 30 miles. It has done everything I have asked of it. I just wish I could have afforded the 5.7l with 6 speed auto instead. Paint scratches REAL easy though and tan is VERY hard to keep clean. Rear seats are easy to put a car seat in and access is fast.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great truck and I LOVE the fact that it was built in Texas and not Canada like Chryslers or Mexico like FOrds and Chevys.

Cons: Acceleration doesn't really feel like a V8 and seats are stiff.

Built To Last And Reliable — •Performance - Excellent perfomrance for the size. Not so good on gas :P •Build Quality - No repairs or maintenance issues, just change oil and drive. •Appearance - Has a sturdy look and simple interior. •Cost of Ownership - Reasonable cost of ownership overall. •Fun Factor - Would not identify the car as fun, more like comfortable and safe.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Comfort, Safety, and Utility

Cons: Not a sports car

Great Truck Can Do Anything You Want It To Do. Roomy And Not Bad On Gas. — Great truck. Can go about anywhere and doesn't do bad on gas at all. The 4.7 liter v8 i have can get a punch with it when you stomp it. Overall the truck when you haul you hardly feel anything on the back of it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: toyota quality, looks and capabilities.

Cons: none
