Need To Add Supercharger And Turbo To The 1.5 Engine — What are you expecting from a 1.5l car ? Nice leg room, good road feel & handling, quite fuel efficient, noisy exhaust systems, sounds like a boat when pick up. enjoyable ride on highway & very fuel efficient (if you keep below 110kmh). Make sure you sound proof the vehicle and get yourself a quiet set of tires. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: Nice Family car Cons: Need a ear plug |

Highly Recommended — For a 1.5 liter the engine does a very good job. The standard accessories are very good. But would like to have cruise control in Invite option. They also added auto light and rain sensor in 2010 models. A little bit noisy if the road is not good. My suggestion; quiet tyres. The fuel consumption is also very good. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Very good handling Cons: Tyre noise |

Freakin Best Experience Of Your Life! — Awesome performance Never had repairs/besides that deer I slammed into!! Damn You DEER! Flawless appearence Gets 35 miles/gal Gets oil change and tire rotation every 3,000ish miles Handles turns like no ones business! Shuts off at about 125 mph...wouldn't you like to know! Ha Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: You'll be suprised how tough it really is! Cons: If you don't like to go fast |

Test Drive One With A Stick, Stay Away From The Automatics Including Cvt (paddle Shift) — Friends love how it looks standing still and the beautiful brushed alumnium and carbon fiber detail accents in the interior....Rockford Fosgate soundsystem beats out most of their aftermaket systems......They hate how I have already made it into the one of the fastest cars around. I chose the Lancer GTS because unfortunately the Evolution X is quite heavy now and is not availble with the standard transmission for 2008-2009 model years. With some aftermarket parts from both Ralli-Art and Turbonetics, alot of time at my buddies shop, and many long nights with bloddy knuckles it now holds it own with even its bigger brother from Mitsu The Evo. If you ever get some under hood time with the lancer you may notice that it is in fact ready for AWD and turbocharging (Control servos, intake spacing, and pre-formed tunnel). Lancers and Evolutions are made at the same plant however the cars go to seprate lines after body prep. I like having a custom rather than just buying an Evo....Nobody else has one and it was cheaper to do all of the mods myself as a new Evo runs for about $50 grand. My car weighs 200lbs less with perfect 50/50 weight split, goes quicker and it is a one of a kind.....something the local police love only to see go fast on the track and sit dolled-up at the local cruise night. It is a daily driver and not a garage queen...I drive it even in the winter here in upstate NY....thats when its the most fun....nothing like driving sideways in traffic past a trooper givving you the thumbs up going 15 mph after a good snowstorm!! (other cars loosing traction left and right) :D Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Fast, Fun, Great Millage, Comfortable, Rally Tested, Rally Winner. Cons: If you want to have just another common 4-Cylinder with no soul honda I think has a car for you |

Lance — My Performance is ok could use a turbo to make it faster by increasing acceleration and top speed. The Interior for my lancer is the worst its made mostly of plastic and it looks cheap for a car that isnt.. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: light weight and great handling.. Cons: could use more HP. and cheap interior.. |

Great Car, Cheap Materials — Performance: acceleration is good on first gear, it really pulls. Braking could be better. Handling is great. Build Quality: paint job from OEM is horrible, a lot of paint chips in the rear quarter panels, disappointing! Appearance: mean look. Cost of Ownership: gas mileage is decent, depends on how you drive it. Fun Factor: 7/10 Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Got a mean look! Cons: Horrible/Cheap paint from OEM |

Fun And Enjoyable Ride — it's a quick little car but the only problem is that it's not all wheel drive! It's a bit expensive to buy if you go with the gts model, but it's cheaper than the lancer evolution. The car handles amazing for a compact car. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: gas milleage and stytlist Cons: not all wheel drive |
