Mercedez Benz C 200 K — I have driven my auntie 's new C-200 K and honestly was a little bit disappointed because the car somewhat appear to be sporty at first sight. I was kind of expecting a hard sharp steering control and sportier suspension. Also would have liked it more if the throttle was a little more responsive. However the car does 0-100 roughly around 8 seconds which I was quite pleased with. Although its a little bit slow because when I floored it, it doesn't pull you away like you expect instead its kind of thinking about it for a second and then "all right" shift down one or two gear and then gradually speed up. On the bright side this car is very comfortable but not much leg room for the back seat passengers and the build quality is very very solid and elegant. The fuel consumption is not bad for its class. It is a nice package overall when you think about the price and the badge you are getting for that amount of money.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: elegant styling, comfortable cabin, quiet, corners well

Cons: should have a sportier suspension or an adjustable one, more power please

Great — Flashy car - very sporty. Great above 90 mph. Not so great on long trips. Fun to drive and it gets the looks. We prefer driving this when running around town and short day trips. The truck is better for long trips.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The looks and speed

Cons: normal driving is bumpy

Excellent Road Holding At High Speed — Performance - the absolute power and the smooth drive Build Quality- compared to the BMW roadster I had this is so solid on the road. The roadster is not for spead, it is for Sunday afternoon drives. The new C-Class is a real looker and I enjoy driving it as often as possible.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Quality and re-sales value

Cons: Connot think of any

C220d Sport Saloon. All The Car You'll Ever Need. Only The Estate Version Is More Practical — Performance is excellent for this diesel engine size. Handling is great and is enhanced by the optional Advanced Agility Control spec where when you press the "sport" button the handling tightens up with quicker auto gear changes. Build quality is very good. Fuel consumption is high 40s when cruising and high 30s when pressing on. Great looking car with comfortable sports seating and decent size boot. Fun to drive either when you're in a hurry or just want to cruise. One of the best cars I've ever run.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fast, fun and frugal

Cons: the sixcylinder C320d even better, but expensive and not so fuel efficient

Classic And Sporty — Elegant and classic appearance being sporty at the same time. Very appealing interior and exterior styling with excellent equipment and accessories. Makes great turns and the overall performance is outstanding with a good gas mileage output and reasonable maintenance costs. Fun to drive!

Pros: Maneuravility and appearance.

Cons: Nothing.

Great First Mercedes, Plenty Of Features And Appeal Without Too High Cost — First step to what I really want, the AMG. Very solid, plenty of tech and decent performer for a 6. MCS is easy to use, car looks sexy with AMG wheels and sport package. Definitely worth upgrade to premium and multi-media packages

Pros: Looks, quality, tech-features

Cons: Could use more power, pleather on a Benz??

Mercedes' Sporty Comfort — Another temporary rental car. This was my first Mercedes experience. It is a very good car on all levels. The road holding is excellent. It brakes well and turns round corners with dedication, although I might add with a certain response time. That would be acceptable if the comfort would be exquisite, but it wasn't. That actually surprised me, because it was an elegance and not a sporty avantgarde! The ride is very 'German', but the seats make up for a large part because they're so brilliant. This is not my kind of comfort, I prefer the French softer way of seeing things. So if that's the comfort version, I'll have a sporty one, please. PS: the Comand system is terrific!

Pros: Handling, quality feel, Comand

Cons: comfort, price & options

My C300 — Performance – acceleration, braking, handling is German Engineering @ its best. Fun Factor – is this car fun to drive? -->YES, especially when you drive it the way it is suppose to be driven...wish I could've driven it on the Audobon!!!!! Appearance – exterior styling is sweet, love my grill:) It's fun, fast, still turns heads a year later:)

Pros: Looks good, drives great, good on gas, it's a benz, what can i say:)

Cons: interior could be a little more plush, but just a little bit.

Mercedes Benz C300 4matic Sport, 2008 Review — Great breaking, acceleration is good enough to pass most cars on the freeway, handling is fine, steering wheel is stiffer and doesn't snap back as quick as, say Toyota/Lexus, but i'm fine with it. build quality overall is great, consider the C300 a baby S-class, with a smaller COMAND system, and slightly cheaper materials. Appearance is also great, I always get compliments on my car, and i really should wash it more. Cost of ownership: relatively low, aside from the free service that i got from Mercedes-Benz, i have over 9,000 miles in less then a year, and i've gotten a flat tire, which cost me about 300 at the dealer. Gas mileage for me is 19.5, bear in mind i usually drive in the city, but have taken it on two roadtrips. fun factor? fun enough, 6-speed automatic shifts nicely, and you can switch from a standard mode (starting on 2nd), or Comfort, (starting on 1). i would recommend this car for those who want a more luxury/compact-executive sport sedan. compare to: Lexus IS (i would avoid the bmw 328 or infiniti g37 comparison, since imo, they are for a different buyer)

Pros: Great styling, comes with Mercedes Benz's known reputation for good service, superior build quality

Cons: Expensive for what you get, if you want more horses for the buck, this is not your car.
