Small, Affordable Luxury... — This C300 has allowed me to be a part of the Mercedes-Benz family without undertaking a price tag that was beyond my means. Now that I'm "well-versed" in Benz ownership, I feel comfortable enough to upgrade (while staying in the family).

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Luxury car at a mid-range price.  You get the amenities of Mercedes-Benz without the price tag of the bigger models.

Cons: Upkeep and maintenance is still maintenance, and most issues are sophisticated in nature (as opposed to the general automotive repairs one might expect).

Love The Car... It's The Smooth Ride And Looks That Make Me Like It The More I Drive It. — The first thing i liked about this car when I first drove it was how smooth the ride quality is. It has a luxury sport feel. The Sport version has staggered wheels that gives it an aggressive sporty look which I like a lot. Comes with the sporty looking body kit... The only think I really didn't like about this car is the cost of parts.. It can get pretty expensive quick if something goes bad.. Parts are expensive for this thing. But if you can afford it and it doesn't bother you then GO FOR IT! It is a very nice ride..

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Drives very smooth.  U-turn on a dime.  Intermittent wipers.  Beautiful interior and exterior.  Plenty of power... Superb handling.

Cons: Expensive parts if something goes bad. Maintenance a bit more than other cars.

Just Simply An All Around Amazing Car —

When I bought this car I was debating on this, a M3, a 335i or a corvette. I wanted a car the drive out of shear pleasure and enjoyment, not to be a primary driver. The M3 was nice, nimble and powerful, but I felt a little crammed and after a while of riding around the stiffer suspension was just not ideal. The corvette well it's a corvette so it was everything I wanted in a car, loud fast and sexy, but I was still bitter towards american cars after my falling out with my previous Chevy and faulty electronics. Then in came the C350, my dad had one and I always just enjoyed driving the car. smooth power and acceleration, the ride was amazing I can drive the car for hours and be satisfied. The 335i I just did not find as attractive and the Mercedes and after reviews on reliability I stuck with the Benz. It was still a four door and in the end proved to be the most versatile vehicle for what I wanted. It was fast but not the fastest, it drove like a dream and I still had space for my buddies and golf clubs.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Stunning sexy looks, smooth power and acceleration, turns heads, amazing HK stereo, floating on a cloud ride quality, solid construction, its a freakin Benz

Cons: Doesn't compete with BMW 3 series but looks better IMHO

Great Value For A Luxury Car — I had never had no great mechanical issues, but upkeep must be maintained to keep the overall costs low. The 300C is a beginning an an overall a good priced entry into a luxury car market. It has a very comfortable interior for a long ride.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great reliable car.

Cons: Maintenance  and fuel costs

Exceptional Entry Level Mercedes — The looks are great -- the absolute best design yet for the C Class. With the 7spd trans and 268HP V6, there is plenty of power -- and the handling characteristics makes this a very sporty and fun car to drive. For a compact vehicle, the seats are roomy, and the fold down rear seat option with the P2 Package is extremely useful in expanding the already large trunk space.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Exceptional handling, great looking sporty vehicle.  Runs well and comfortable with more than sufficient power.

Cons: No memory seats until 2009.  Consistent with Mercedes in general, maintenance and repair costs are high.

Great Car! — The Mercedes Dealership in West Chester, Ohio has done a great job servicing my car and has recommended needed service before it became a problem. I really liked my sales person, Ron Brown. He knows Mercedes well and went over all of the features with me until I understood how to work them. Great job Ron!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Out of owning more than twenty-five cars in my life, I love the way Mercedes has designed the C Class and more importantly the way it drives. Just a great overall rating! I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Cons: I can't think of any!

Great Value — I bought this one for my wife since she preferred this over the E class, and I can tell you that after driving it feels pretty good- She loves smaller cars so this one is perfect for her and my 2 kids in their booster seats in the back. Trunk capacity is great, handling is amazing and power is just perfect not to mention gas mileage which is also pretty good-

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Engine power and handling

Cons: Size and interior comfort

Great Car! — C300 lacks power somewhat but a C350 3.5L should do for the lack of power in the C300 3.0L. Seats need a little upgrade because they tend to get uncomfortable a bit on a long drive. What's fun about this car is its cornering.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Overall look and style of the car.

Cons: Maintenance.
