Bmw 550i — Has everything that you would want in a sedan, performance, luxury and comfort. The technology in the vehicle is amazing, the Japanese automakers have nothing over this vehicle. I'm very biased towards Japanese cars and took a chance with BMW. I have had no regrets, worth every penny. I find myself driving way too much these days for no good reason except to hop in the drivers seat.

Pros: Engine smoothness, technological features, luxury and performance.

Cons: Price

Business Oriented Car — Very nice car, however some times it just seems a bit too big, the car has some performance but not enough to blow you away. Seems like a cheap ownership car. Car takes thrill away from diving, I would prefer a 3 series. I would recomend the car to someone who wants something large and accomadating for a family

Pros: Nice Styling

Cons: Large

I Have Never Driven A More Complete Car — Well, The twin turbo keeps its 0-100 in 5.2 sec-promise. Mine is white with white leather and it looks pretty sharp, I must admit. It simply drives like a dream. Extreme comfort without loosing the sensation of sporty and crisp reaction and performance. The palette of accessories is created under the philosophy: "If we can think of it, lets make it". It comes with a lot standard and the rest of it exists with guarantee. On the economic side. Well it is rather thirsty (<20 mpg if you do not drive carefully. A On the pros side (in the US at least) BMW USA has a 4 year zero cost service program included. We were also looking at Mercedes, Audi and Porche. None of these gave this option. I have never driven a better or more complete car. But it changed my driving pattern in the more aggressive direction :-)

Pros: Performance balanced well with comfort. Sport, quality and luxury blended into a VERY sharp look.

Cons: ...I can only think of the gas mileage.

Why Bmw Is A Top Choice — This car is absolutely amazing. It is a gorgeous car both inside and out. Its performance gives it that true racecar feel that it deserves and its owner deserves. The new technologicaly advanced GPS and computer is extremely easy to use and good for someone driving who might only have a couple of seconds to look at it.

Pros: Everything about this car is absolutely amazing

Cons: I haven't found anything negative about this car except its a little expensive for the mid-class person

Bmw 535xi — I was worried about buying a sedan for the heavy winters we have, but after the first major snow, the bmw 535XI's X-drive proved its self even with the stock tires. This car has a great interior set up despite the "criticized" I-drive system which is actually very easy to use. The 3.0L supercharged V6 engine has an abundance of power and shows bmw's performance quality.

Pros: powerful I-drive and X-drive systems, fun to drive, good all year around in almost every climate.

Cons: Small-ish rear seats, and lack of storage space in front seats.

Brilliantly Balanced: Power, Performance, Ride Quality — The BMW 535i is one sweet ride. The ride quality is balanced quite well with performance, never sacrificing power. The car is an experience to drive. It handles well, but the first gear ratio can create some tire spin out of a turn with so much torque. One of my complaints would be the stitching on the steering wheel. It collects on the back and feels as if it is coming undone when in reality the stitch is just left wide. It takes away from the crisp clean feeling of the rest of the interior. The other complaint would be how you control the computer/radio/communication system. There is a knob located near the mid-car armrest. It dials around, as well as having the ability to "bump" in the four cardinal directions. It is very difficult to change from radio to satellite to a CD or you iPod while driving. The tasks become dangerous. A touchscreen would have been a much safer choice.

Pros: Power, Performance, Balance ride quality, Interior, Rear seat space

Cons: Stitch on steering wheel collects on the back, Computer system contolled by knob

Great Car For The Money! — This car amazed me in various ways, especially when I am coming from 2 previous E39s 1 being a M5. I was presently surprised at the technology that was thought out when the engineers put this car together. It is definitely an improvement over the previous E39, but the thing I love about this particular E60 is the Turbo motor and the tranny.. so smooth on power delivery, and yet for a turbo the power is pretty linear which is very very nice, the torque is also acceptable for the price!!

Pros: Smooth Turbo power delivery, TONS of features!!

Cons: None so far

540i Sport Package — Lots of power and one of the smoothest transmissions I have driven. Crisp handling with a very forgiving suspension. Gas mileage better than expected for such performance. Lots of interior room and trunk space. Great looks - especially the Sport package. Much impro0ved over my 2001 540i.

Pros: Great performance and hendling

Cons: Price

Pros: styling styling styling

Performance Family Sedan - Yours Kids Will Never Be Late To School :-) — This is one of the great handling cars from BMW and I had this as a service loaner for few days and the performance is excellent. The car had steptronic transmission, but there was slight turbo lag but over all felt good. If you are one of those parents where your kids get ready in the last minute then this will the car for you to take them to school and I bet they will never be late to school :-)

Pros: Performance, handling

Cons: None
