Too Hot To Handle — the car is amazing, it can take corners like ... well i got nothing to compare it to.. but this car is hot hot hot.. bmw really did its work on this. however, the car may be a little costly considering the options can really add up, you really gotta love this car to get a well equiped 1 for the price of a loaded C- class.

Pros: wonderful handling, very good looking

Cons: no back seat room, costly, not many standard options

Ultimate Driving Machine — involving drive, amazing handling, fantastic control on the limit, with dynamic traction setting (or DSC off) playing with the back end is a joy, easy to catch, great to provoke.

    Pros: lowered M-sport suspension

Cons: i could live with the new 135i to have a few extra bhp.

Annoyingly Fun — It's a BMW it is fantastic. A very fast and zippy car that handles like a top and has a ton of sex appeal and the color itself is something that stands out and is very eye catching. Everyone that rides in it loves it and are simply impressed with the car. I enjoy driving this and all that goes with from people asking what it is too geeks telling me they love my car. I recommend the vehicle for anyone considering a 3 series and does not need the space or someone just looking for a fast and fun car to drive.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: speed, handling, appearance, comfort, fun to drive

Cons: The only down side is the back seat,  in a pinch someone can ride but not for a long trip.

It Is A Classic Bmw — BMWs have been the best looking convertible sedan for a generation. The engine is rock solid and the clutch durable. I love BMWs heated seats ... honestly, they are the best of any car I have ever driven. BMWs do not take risks in design which makes them timeless. A well kept 10-15 year old BMW will look as good as any new car on the market.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Its a BMW.  The finish is classic and the car wears well.  American convertibles look cheap by comparison.

Cons: Fuel economy could be better.  This 2008 1-series has the same fuel economy as my old 1994 3-series convertible.
