The 2.0T sedan is one of several Passats to house the the 2.0 liter turbocharged inline four, which supplies 200 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is included, and a six-speed automatic optional. This 2.0T comes with all of the features found on the Value Edition, plus a power driver's seat, chrome window trim and the convenient hatch between the trunk and rear seats. The base model's steel wheels are also replaced with alloys. More options become available at this trim tier, including a navigation system, leather seating, a sunroof and the Dynaudio sound system upgrade.

The 3.6L sedan are equipped with special wheels, a sunroof, satellite radio, and an in-dash CD changer. This model also adds AWD. Options include a navigation system, adaptive cruise control and automatic dual-zone climate control.
The addition of all-wheel drive will both slow the car and pull fuel economy down slightly. The EPA estimate is 18/26 mpg, verses 19/28 without AWD.

This is the top shelf Passat wagon, incorporating the powerful V-6, all-wheel drive and several additional features. All 3.6 models come standard with special alloy wheels, a sunroof, satellite radio and an in-dash CD changer. Options include a navigation system, adaptive cruise control and automatic dual-zone climate control.
The V-6 supplies 280 horsepower and is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. This wagon is the least fuel efficient of all Passat models, with an EPA estimate of 18/26 mpg.
