A Future Classic... — Great seats with heaters!, fab sculpted wheel. Decent space in cabin. Love the black headlining & the 18" alloys DSG gearbox is smooth & changes lightning fast. K04 turbo gives the engine bigger punch & more purposeful burble. I love it, punchy & decent economy too. No wonder its won so many awards 5 stars NCAP crash test rating. Great chassis, handling, fun to drive & the insurance isn't too bad either Pros: Engine, DSG gearbox, handling, practicality, value for $ , stealthy looks Cons: Slightly bumpy around town but its worth it! Gti Fahrenheit — This is an amazing car. It has great gas mileage but accelerates quickly. It's so fun to drive. The color is orange so I stick out like a soar thumb, but at least I can find it in a parking lot! VW is an great company to buy from. They totally take care of you and your car. Pros: Quick, sporty, fun, great gas mileage, and good lookin! Cons: None-so far! |

Buy A Gti Mkv — the handling is AMAZING. the dsg automatic gear box makes shifting smooth and unoticeable swappin gears at .06 seconds. the acceleation....ive felt better. it does have a 2.0 turbocharged engine, but it doesnt get up very fast, but when it does, its quick. you kind of get used to that though. brakes are great, 4 cherry red brake calipers on each wheel that get the job done and look great doing it. the only problem we had with the car itself is the belt squeaking when it's cold. we've had it repaired twice, and it doesnt do it anymore. also the fabric in back snagged before we even put anything back there. i think its a great looking car, its definity something you gave to get used to tho. i love the interior styling-plaid seats, italian leather steering wheel, sirius radio. ours is light silver - i prefer the charcoal silver. my dad picked it out tho - it is his car. its very cheap to maintain. it gets atleast 32 MPG. its a BLAST to drive - quick, great handling, and ergos. you know you want one!!! Pros: handling, vw customer service, styling, engine Cons: im satisfied! |

King Of The Pocket Rockets Again!!! — Great drive. Puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel. VW has gone back to its GTI roots with this car. Gas mileage is good even when you run it hard. Roomy and comfortable on long rides. The only down side is it should have come slightly lowered from the factory, as do the 09s. Pros: Super fun to drive, great build, good mileage.........and PLAID seats !!!!!! Cons: Needs to be lowered, and gets mistaken for a Rabbit from behind. |

Awesome New Golf Gti — The Golf GTi is simply spectacular to drive & own. It's 200bhp engine is very responsive in any gear with powerful but smooth acceleration. VW build quality shines through with flawless bodywork, interior & great supportive seats. Service interval is around 20k miles, dashboard activated. There's loads of included extras like a/c, 18" alloys, sensor lights & wipers. It looks stunning with the extra GTi badges, especially in bright red and turns heads! Highly recommended. Pros: Performance, quality, looks Cons: Lack of stereo steering wheel control |

07 Gti — Alright after the ill fated Subie. I have to say I love getting back into this hatch. Lots of power through and through. Biggest downfall to the car is the lack of LSD again! Blah. This is still by far the funnest car I have owned. Lots of mod available So really why don't you have one...? Pros: Everything....comes with a frakin FAST! Cons: No LSD |

Perfect Car For Everyone — This is easily the best car I've ever driven. Its quick, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and, with the 18" wheels that I've got on it, looks the dogs danglies! Pros: Pace, handling, space, build quality, reliability (so far!) Cons: Fuel consumption especially if you push along in it. |

My Fast — We sold our Mazda Miata as we needed a 2nd car to fit a car seat in. My first and only choice was the GTI. It got great reviews and I had to have it. This was the best purchase I ever made. Great acceleration and handling. I opted for the DSG transmission and love it!! This car has all the sportiness I like plus the space for the family. Love it!! Pros: Handling, Performance Cons: Poor rearward sight while reversing |
