Best Truck I Have Ever Owned, And Thats Saying Something. — Love the interior but if you are gonna go this far i highly recommend the Crew Max; if you can stomach losing the 1' of bedspace.

Pros: Power, reliability, looks.

Cons: MPG but thats a truck for you.

The Perfect Truck.. — now see, im usually a Dodge fan when it comes to trucks, but this thing had me drooling from the moment i started it up and drove it out of the dealership lot..you would think, something so big, and so high up, wouldnt get up and go as fast as this did, nor would it handle terribly well( lots of body-roll and such)...well, needless to say, i was thoroughly surprised cause it gave me no trouble at all on turns, got onto the highway and it just effortlessly started hauling ass....quite an experience..

Pros: big engine, lots of power and genius engineering

Cons: well, aside from that lil rumor i heard about the gaskets going bad shortly after you break it in, cant really think of any

Truck Is Great But Has Some Problems — I love the way my Tundra looks. It handles well for a truck. I just purchased a 2007 4.7L Double Cab Tundra with TRD package about three weeks ago. At speeds of 60 to 65 MPH I have an oscillating vibration that resonates thought the cab of my truck. While not severe it is VERY annoying when on long freeway trips. I had two tires replaces and the Toyota dealership and I still have the problem. I spoke to a person the other day that has the same truck but no TRD package (so it has different tires and rims) and he has the exact same problem. I am glad I talked to this person because the dealer is telling me there is nothing wrong. I even had a service adviser test drive the truck with me and while I felt the vibration he refused to admit that he felt it too. The vibration is not felt in the steering wheel and since I spoke with the other Tundra owner it can’t be my tires.

Pros: Power, Speed, Performance (gotta love it).

Cons: Gas mileage is only 15.5 to 16 mpg in city driving (but that's ok).

Great To Have That Power — I have owned the Tundra for about 5 months now and I have 6,000 miles on it mostly from weekend driving. I have taken to work a few times 52 miles oneway and have gotten around 19.4 mpg which isn't to shabby for having the 5.7 liter 381hp V8. Generally gets about 15 mpg just running around on the weekends as long as I stay out of the gas. Also has trip shifter if you like the feeling of shifting gears.
