Overall Great Car — Quick off the line, great handling, quiet interior noise. Has needed no repairs. Not my most favorite Grand Prix for exterior styling. Great on gas mileage if you drive it sensibly. Extremely fun to drive with great handling and acceleration. Great road feel.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: performance and handling

Cons: exterior styling

Pontiac Grand Prix Gxp 2006 — Absolutely all around perfect car. Great handling, jumps off the line, and sounds great. Gets amazing gas mileage for a V-8 and looks great. Can not beat the price for everything that comes with this car. Big trunk, comfertable seating, and even has on windshield display. Only dislike with the car is its miserable in the winter. With the wide wheels and over 300 torque, is horrible to try and get any traction. Other then that I love to drive this car. 0-60 in less than 5sec and definetly feel the push. Amazing car!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: V-8, great power and torque, awesome handling, great gas mileage, fun to drive, sounds great

Cons: terrible in the snow

Great Car — I bought my 07 Grand Prix after losing my Ford Focus to a rear end collision. This car our performes all the pther vehivles I've ever owned, making it my favorite! I love the way it looks, drives, sounds, feels. I love the color, as well. I thought I wanted slate grey, until I saw this baby sitting next to a slate grey prix. Someone said their prix was a sleeper... looks like a grandma car, but can tear up pavement... well, I agree on that aspect. It does appear to be a more conservative type faily cat until you look inside and see the bucket seats and sporty dash.

Pros: Sleek, fast, quiet ride

Cons: stock speakers would need to be replaced for heavy bass.

Pontiac — I like my car because it is a sleeper. It looks like a grandma car, but drives like a muscle car. The gas mileage is okay, not so great after all the performance upgrades I have done. It is really fun to drive, putting all that weight through turns, sliding all around.

Pros: Muscle

Cons: looks kinda like a grandma car

Good Rental — I rented this car in from the Kona International Airport in Hawaii which makes my experiencec all the better. The 300 horsepower V8 added to the peppiness. 20 mpg also added to the pluses. It also came with some nice exhaust, paddle shifters, and a nice sound system. It was one of the better cars I have rented.

Pros: Cheap power

Cons: Kind of a gimmick car

Perfectly Decent In The Usa, But Only At The Right Price — Yet another of the cars I drove on my holiday in the USA last year. For a large front wheel drive car it is surprisingly decent to drive. The V6 engine has good performance, though it's not exceptional. The fuel economy is fairly par for the course, though. The interior looks good, but has far too many buttons and is very dark. There is also a surprising lack of headroom in both the front and the rear. I find it a bit disappointing too that bare metal is exposed in the trunk (boot). A good effort, but I certainly wouldn't spend my money on one unless the price was right.

Pros: Performance, comfort and looks.

Cons: Interior space, and fiddly interior buttons.
