Zero To 60 In G6 Seconds. — It is a practical everyday driver with a lot of pep. Very sporty and fun to drive has enough power to compete with the German competition, & ricers have no chance against this savage. The 0-60 time is impressive but it is the 70-100+ that makes the car smashing.

Pros: FWD with no torque steer, Hi-Reving Hi-Torque V6 matched with a six speed gear box. Digital fuel and oil meters 21mpg city and 24mpg highway provided I'm not driving like a dick. BMW like performance that is affordable for everyone.

Cons: Interior materials not as nice as a BMW the only con that I can think of.

Affordable, Performing, Practical And Sexy — It looks good, 4 doors for family practicability (two older teens that actually fit in the back seat), actually ready to merge or pass when on the freeway (V-6), Metallic Gray, black interior... Yeah, I'd rather a BMW or an Infinity G37 or some other big dollar car, but two kids about to go into collage, and mortgage to boot - I'll be practical and affordable and STILL drive a sexy looking car. And why is it, with all the cars I've ever owned, this is my fourth Pontiac. WOW! Must be something good!

Pros: sexy, performance, gas mileage, practical

Cons: Stereo

Sexy And Practical — This is my fourth Pontiac. I actually wanted a BMW, but I can't afford it yet. Rather have some extra cash then working for my car... know what I mean? Anyhow, I love my car. It's easy to maintain, easy to drive and comfortable for my daily commute or those drives to visit family. Having a V-6, as opposed to my Pontiac Grand AM which had a 4 cylinder, gets up and boogies. No worries about merging onto the freeway, or passing when I need to. It's get decent gas mileage.

Pros: Affordable, nice ride, easy to drive.

Cons: Could get better mileage, little stiff on bad roads (you can feel the bumps)

Powerful Car — I never driven a sports car and this car was a THRILL. I didn't expect all the fun I had driving it. I loved to drive it.

Pros: Great pick up speed from start and while moving. Excellent handling.

Cons: Seats too low to the ground for me. Seats need to be up some more.

A Good Value Alternative To A Japanese Car. — Looks good, with roomy interior and large trunk for a mid-size car. Base V6 underpowered and gets poor gas mileage, worse mileage than my late model V8 Camaro. Nice interior without all the current faddish extra crap and very quiet at speed, but A-pillars are wide and restrict forward visibility. Stereo very good for a base factory set-up. Car sits lower than it ought to for it's daily-driver, grocery-getter mission, which makes local streets a challenge.

Pros: Good value bargain for a functional everyday car if you have passengers or stuff to carry around.

Cons: Poor fuel economy and acceleration.

A Family Sports Car — When your car is in the shop for two months and you work for a rental car company... life is good. This was the first of my many rides over the months. The G6 was great, it's a smooth and comfortable ride, yet, it has a lot of get up and go (the impracticle side). I was able to take this from Edmonton, Alberta, to Los Angeles, California with no problems. It heated up pretty good along the desert stretches but overall performed very well.

Pros: It's a flashy and affordable ride, the engine is everything you would expect from Pontiac

Cons: Shorter people will give up using the rear windshield, it's a bit of a gas pig, you can remove interior panels by hand (kind of flimsy plastic interior).

Sweet — this car is amazing its a nice interior and big feel on the inside and really slick.

Pros: Gets amazing gas mileage and is and the acceleration is quick and and can get from 0 to 60 like that and at high speeds handles like a beauty

Cons: the car is very brittle inside and out

Its Sharp And A Good Buy — This is a good stylish car by GM. It looks smaller than it is which says alot for the design. There's more than enough room inside for 4 adults, though storage space is limited. the3.5 V6 power is more than enough for the city and highway though its no dragster. Fuel economy is ok i usually see around 18/27. Reliability has been great so far with over 22,000 miles. not very sporty but it can do curves and steering is a lot better than say a Toyota Camry. Could be a little more refined over bumps but it never feels giggly or unstable and the ride is never harsh. visibility isn't good so watch out and the trunk pop is poorly designed. Pontiac G6, its not the best or the worst car, its simply a solid car.

Pros: looks great, roomy interior, decent engine and trans. 17 in wheels, reliable so far. the weight of the steering is good, great value.

Cons: No MP3 CD stereo or MP3 connect, isolation over bumps could be better, needs better rotors and brakes. interior materials could be better, poor visibility.
