I Took Me 6 Months Of Test Driving Suv's And Van's Before I Decided On This One. — The reason I purchased this Element was because I needed a new work van and I needed something that had more than two seats for the times I have my kids with me. The rear seats will fold up individually or can be removed to give more cargo space. This car looks small but I am always amazed at what will fit in this SUV. I have hauled a full sized refridgerator, stove, riding mower, kitchen cabinets and misc. furniture. I couldn't do any of that stuff with a Honda CRV the dealer was trying to sell me. It also has a 2" receiver and able to tow a 5' x 8' trailer loaded with lawn equpment. I no longer use the car for work, it has been cleaned up and now our family car.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Plenty of interior space and rear seats can be removed to haul large item.

Cons: Suspention is a bit tight so it doesn't like speed bumps, rough roads or dirt roads.

Honda Element With Style — I love this vehicle, its a great passenger car that has lots of cargo space. Smooth riding and very quiet on the road, you wouldn't even know its running. Appearance is classy, body is all one color. It has the best stock sound system.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great car for anyone that likes a car that looks good and versatile depending on your needs and what you need to do.

Cons: It got keyed and has minor damage to the left front bumper.  Someone backed into it.  Thought about having it fixed.

I Kinda' Sorta' Love My 2007 Element Ex — My son's 2000 Civic blew up and it would cost more to fix it than it worth. I am going to hand my 2007 Element to him so he can get to school. I do so with a heavy heart, because that car has been so much fun to own and drive.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Tons of room!  And their's more room in the back seat than in the front.  XM radio!

Cons: It looks like a toaster and the gas mileage is mediocre, at best.  It's a bit spartan, and on long trips the front seat gets a bit uncomforatble.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: extremely easy to drive and maintain.

Cons: Unable to open rear doors without front doors open

Honda Element = Great Vehicle — Plenty of room for the two kids, their toys/books, plus groceries or whatever else I am running around to get. The space for the two car seats in the rear seat is awesome with additional space for a bin of toys between.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Very roomy for a small car, decent MPGs, great acceleration...

Cons: Only seats 4, but does so comfortably.

Great Car. Would Be Fun To Modify And Take To The Track, Load Up Afterwards And Take Home. — The one-of-a-kind Element SC is the only SUV that can out corner any other vehicles in its class also shaped like a brick. Though the car only makes 166 bhp,the i-VTEC system gives you wicked pulling power from anywhere over 2500 to 5000 RPM. Stock tires are crap, change them immediately! Haul your friends in the backseat and watch their heads hit the roof as you go over speed-bumps with ease.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

    Pros: Preformance, and practicality.

Cons: If you enjoy aerodynamics working for; rather than against you.

Love It! — Great for adventure. Lots of configurations for the seats. Good acceleration, all wheel drive so no messing with chains in the mountains. Good gas mileage. I got the tangerine one and just love the color. You should get one for camping.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Extremely functional

Cons: gets cracks in the windshield easily

Buy It — The only thing i have peeves about is the suicide doors, other than that i love the car. You can vacuum the floors in a pinch, or even use a leaf blower. You cant hose down the inside, which wouldve been awesome if you could. The seats are waterproof and you can take the seats out or re arrange them so you have room without giving up all the seats and taking them out. Gas is 21/25, 4 1/2 hours on one tank full on highway for me. The car drives great, and its a honda so it will defiantly last.

Pros: lots of space, good mileage

    Cons: suicide doors
