I Am Greatly Impressed With The Acceleration And Appearance. — Handling and acceleration are great. The appearance both inside and out are impecable. The car is a hoot to drive. It zips in and out of traffic easily.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: It has a luxury feeling and great acceleration

Cons: I wish it had the map/navigation system build in

Loved It And The Good Outweighed The Bad, So I Would Reccommend One For Sure — the last gen CTS was fairly good looking with the right package/wheels, i liked how different it was, the interior however wasn't up to class standards but i'd still own that gen CTS again. espeacially since you can get killer deals on 3.6 sports now, there good looking and handle extremly well for a luxo cruiser

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: if your my age, you'll be a minority (a good thing) easy to find the 3.6

Cons: interior wasn't up to par, differential issue's

Cts Sport/lux — it was my mom's silver cts. it was our first luxury car after a ford tarus. had a spoiler, coustom wheels & grille and we got it from her boyfriend. i thought it looked too ultra modern and the colors bland(silver on black!) the only repairs needed were for dings and scratches. it was fun, but the engine size and car looks, it coulda been louder.

Pros: looks

Cons: colors

A Cadillac Worthy Of All Ages. — Get the 3.6L engine as the 2.8L is adequate but hardly breathtaking in acceleration. But the ride, handling, and overall comfort are exceptional in all 3 categories. Very few sedans manage to offer an optimal blend of those 3 characteristics. The engine is a bit noisy for my tastes, but the 3.6L should be quieter. The CTS is a superb sedan, and worth a look.

Pros: Ride, Handling, Seat Comfort, Amenities

Cons: Weak base sound system, some interior materials not up to par.

This Is An Amazing Car — fun car to drive, the handeling is superb to say the least, you can even drive in the snow with good tires. this car has a great audio system. i am an audiophile, and i think the base system can get the job done.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: handling even in the snow with the right tires (bad tires= bad traction, good tires= no problem), audio system

Cons: seats can get to be uncomfortable on long rides

Very comfortable car and handling is quite sport centered. The wheel is sensitive so if your use to driving SUVs then be ready for the super quick responses you get driving the CTS. Its impressive driving and the only thing id probably would upgrade would be to a navigation double din stereo system. Its definietly the perfect A & B car with a touch of class. The plus side for me living in the city is that it uses and works on regular 87 gas so i get bang bang for my bucks.

Back Seats Ranked 2007 BMW 5 Series worse.
"Back seats feel better in terms of leg spacing for my passengers almost like you stepped into a limo where attention was not only given to the driver but the people in the rear feel pampered as well."
Would Buy Ranked 2007 BMW 5 Series better.
"Reputation! Trusted Quality and social recognition when you pull up anywhere. You feel you belong to a larger group of unique individuals because more often than not BMW owners will stop and talk based on shared experiences. This has not been the case for me personally wit other cars Ive owned."
