Bmw Sucks — Performance- Sucks in commuter, Okay on highway Looks allright, not a reliable car, too many sensors which give too many problems, good handling and DTC system, gas mileage sucks, and high maintenance cost, fun for just short drifts, never BMW again.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: nothing

    Cons: too many things

The Top Of The Line 3 Series Is All That And A Bag Of Chips. — My wife just wanted a 3 series. She said she would be perfectly happy with a 325. Then she drove the 335i and called me to say "I want this one!!" Music to my ears. She uses it to drive her 40 mile round trip commute to work every day, but I drive it on the weekend when we run errands or go out at night when the weather isn't perfect and I decide to leave the M3 in the garage. It's such a GREAT car that sometimes I don't even mss the M3. It's hard to say anything about the handling and power of a 3 series that hasn't already been said, but it really is an amazing driver's car.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Power!  These are 300 very capable horses.  Handling is typical 3 series, that is to say amazing.  This is also a very smooth car to drive quickly.  On the freeway it always seems to have one more gear.  There is always a little more power if you need it.

Cons: For a daily driver, this car eats tires, and they are so dang expensive.

I Would Own A 335i Over An M3 Any Day! — great looking car colour combination is spot on and looks and style are amazing, power wise I guess she is not bad at all goes off the clock at 160mph but there is so much more power still left in her so I am not sure what speeds she goes at after that but you have another 1500 rpm left before she goes into the red zone. handling wise I guess I have improved that due to slamming her on the coilover suspension so she goes at very high speeds around bends almost to the point of not realising how fast you are taking the country bends at 90/100 mph which is surprising as if it wasnt for the suspension I doubt the standard M Power suspension would allow you to do that. tyres on the back are super expensive but thats only due to my self putting the wide 285/25/20 size tyre on her hence the profile are like rubber bands, but overall I am a man used to 190mph cars so its not satisfying in that sense compared to a Porsche 911 turbo but for a rear wheel drive car with great looks and style she defo is more of a puller then the Porsche dont know why but woman do love bmw's and she gets a lot of compliments compared to my last Porsche. This car is a living proof that without spending a lot of money you can make the 335i faster then the V8 M3's, If I upgrade the silicone hoses and the recirculation valves as they are crap plastic ones I am sure she would produce over the 400bhp as this one is chipped and mapped to 400bhp already.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: great looker and fantastic car for summer and all round fun bit pricey on petrol if you drive it hard but yet very economical if driven gentle, make sure you dont drive it with low fuel as they do not like that apart from that brakes are not so good in standard form so I will upgrade them to better after market discs and pads as I have upped the power and the single pot callipers at the front are not good at all the callipers look very big and it looks like 2 pot callipers but there not just single pot large callipers, it was rather shocking.

Cons: not as fun as my 911 turbo hence she will be history soon as I got rid of my porsche turbo and E46 m3 to buy this and a CL65AMG, however after owning this for 3 months after selling the M3 and then selling the Porsche I realised I want another Porsche turbo still and the CL65 must change to a CL63 instead so I can budget my self to have the 2 and let go of this unfortunately no matter how great this looks.

Bmw 3 Series Coupe M Sport — horrible gearbox, crashy ride quality but fantastic fuel economy and surprisingly practical. can fit a 9'6 surfboard inside or a MTB less the front wheel. Still looks nice and handles beautifully on fast sweeping roads. insides of tyres wear quickly and when you change them get rid of the run flats and buy falken 452's instead. much nicer ride

    Pros: fuel economy
    handling on the right road

    Cons: ride quality
gearbox. you have to be VERY direct to get a nice change

328xi — The car has ample power to overtake many cars on the road and cruises at 80 mph quietly and effortlessly. The interior is plain but clean with comfortable leather seats that are heated when needed. The audio system is excellent especially for the driver with an under-seat sub woofer built in and auxiliary jack in the center console. Oil changes are expensive but last for 12k miles instead of the standard 3k miles although I'd go for every 7,500 miles.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It looks great for a sedan.  There's very few other sedans I'd pick over a BMW 3, 5, or 7 besides our other car, a G37x sport.  The AWD is excellent in the snow but I wish traction control would take a nap whenever I want to have a little fun.

Cons: Premium gas, costly synthetic oil changes.

Impressive Power, M3 In Disguise — Everything is just fantastic about the BMW 335i. It is economical unless you have a heavy foot. ROutinely gets 30mpg around town. Brakes are ure, ride is comfortable for long trips, has plenty of cargo space for its size. I dislike the runflats - and will replace with regular tires when these are worn. Yes the fuel pump was replaced , but in a recall it was covered and caused no big delays, especially when the BMW Location had a loaner. The car can handle difficult situations, has more than enough power, and like all BMW is safe and you can't put a price tag on safety. I was not sure I would like the style, but it actually grew on us and now it is very pleasant.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Handling, suspension, engine, ride, sound system, body intregerity

    Cons: runflats

Brilliant Car — the car pulls away very well for a diesel and handles like a sports car as it is a M sport model, germans certainly know how to build cars! looks amazing inside and out and the running of the car is great for a 2litre diesel and I love this car to pieces :o)

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the drive, the looks and gorgeous colour

Cons: boot space and no rear folding seats

The Joy Is Worth The $$$ — Best handling car ever, thigh and grippy. It is a blast to drive it in any weather condition. At last a car that make you feel really in total control. Now I want a 335. The only issue is the lack of leg room in the back seat...
