Best Value In America. Period. — It's got quite a bit of pep, can overtake cars with larger engines, still gets 37-42 miles per gallon regularly, has a very low cost of ownership, insurance is cheap, target consumer could be 20 or 80 years old, 103,000 miles on the original brakes, and I'm not changing them anytime soon. I've been treated very fairly by the company and anything that was wrong or defective was taken care of promptly. An absolute pleasure to drive.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Very fun, clean, and economical.  Good size.

Cons: Although fantastic in ice and snow, it is not a mud bogger, truck, sports car, or other recreational vehicle.  It gets your wife to the supermarket and your kids to soccer practice.

Between Good And Excellent — Sometimes a little sluggish on steep hills or accelerating. Excellent gas milage and very cheap maintenance bills. LE has nice interior detailing. Would like to have a more adjustable steering wheel. No rattles or problems at all. Cheap to own.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: cheap maintenance, cheap on gas

Cons: occasionally sluggish

Small Car - Large Following — There isn't much leg room for the rear seat, but I guess that is what you get with a small car. A good side wind on this vehicle and you will most likely end up in the next lane or the ditch.Appearance is sporty but it doesn't really act the part.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: efficiency

Cons: you fit in with the other 30 million corrola owners

My Rolla '06 — good economic mid size sedan, good performance on gas/mileage cheap replacement parts, easy to service. not that cost efficient if up to 200 km/h. easy to make upgrades on it. with simple addons can be a good looking car

Pros: space inside is huge compared to cars of other brands

Cons: not too fast

Corolla S 2006, But Would Choose Mazda 3 Next Time. — I like the quality you get for the price, it's reliable and roomy for it's size. I also love how it's higher off the ground than your average smaller car which makes it easy to get in and out of. The car lacks in acceleration and could use a little stiffer suspension to decrease body roll while cornering.

Pros: So reliable.

Cons: the fuel economy isn't close as advertised.

Corolla — A nice, plain, boring commuter car. Gets me to school and back, and that's about all I need. Drives like an old man, good gas mileage, and loads of non existent fun. Gets you from point a to point b and runs for the whole way and then some.

Pros: gas mileage, reliability

Cons: boring...

Pretty Sweet Deal — wish it was a manual but other than that- no qualms, especially for the price. cracked manifold-replaced for free under warranty. really hate the wheel covers/hubcaps, like the overall design otherwise. excellent gas mileage- 38-40mpg when the weather is good. If the a/c or heat is used then it goes down to 36 or so. for a 14k car its pretty darn good.

Pros: price of up keep=$0 (besides oil changes & tires)

Cons: the wheelcovers/hubcaps & the auto transmission

You Cant Go Wrong With An Xrs —

I love everything about my XRS! it is absolutely the coolest looking fun to drive car you can imagation. i only race up to the speed limit. i get about 30 mpg on a regular basis. and i have not seen another XRS in the Seattle Area. i look. and all i see are the S's. But I do wish it had a Turbo. so i may have to add one. a side from that one over site on Toyotas part it is a great car. i am 6 foot tall and i can sit comfortablely in the back seat. I Luv this Car and Drive it like it is meant to be drove.... Like a race car. it goes well in the snow too.but i am going to buy 15 inch wheels and tires so i get a little more of a comfortable ride as the 16 inch stock rims done leave alot of side wall on the tires and i am 50 years old i want the comfort now. i know the kids like the 18 inch rims they can get for this car. but i want some old school chrome rims wuth baby moons and Les Schwab has them in 15 in rims.

Pros: looks , mpg, roomy int.

Cons: wont beat an STI or WRS
